Return, Exchange, and Quality Guarantee Policy

Our Commitment to Quality

At Lenaviro, we stand behind the precision and durability of our tools. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we carefully inspect all products before they leave our facility, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit or that you may require an exchange for a different specification.

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take full responsibility for manufacturing defects, damage incurred during transit, or receiving the incorrect item.

  • Reporting Requirements: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any defects, damage, or fulfillment errors.

  • How to Report: Please email support@lenaviro.com and include:

    • Your order number.

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • Photographic or video evidence of the item and its packaging.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return label if the item needs to be sent back, and we will promptly ship a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges if you require a different model or specification for your project.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

  • Process: Please contact support@lenaviro.com to initiate your exchange request.

  • Shipping: For customer-requested exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship your new selection.

3. Return Instructions

All returns and exchanges must be sent to our processing facility:

Note: Items sent back to our facility without first contacting us at support@lenaviro.com will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please reach out to us at support@lenaviro.com.

5. Exclusions

This policy does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Improper handling or misuse (e.g., using a tool outside of its intended technical specifications).

  • Damage occurring after the product has been used.
